Our Company switched to InkPlusToner almost a year ago. Very competitive prices with other online retailers. We did have an issue with a toner, but the customer service was better than expected. A new toner was shipped out within 24 hrs without any hassle. Will continue to use their service and reccomend their name with others.

All ok, except the black toner was leaking. My son decided to clean it up and inserted it into the copier, hoping it would work ok. The leak may shorten the length of time before it runs out. But it is ok for now.

Very Satisfied -- Over the months I have received several non-functioning cartridges (for various reasons), however each time I called and explained the problem, the Company immediately and without fuss sent me replacement cartridges. I am very satisfied with service and quality. //Dean

We order three (3) HP40 replacement cartridges. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. The first cartridge worked for a week with minimal use before it failed, the second cartridge did not work at all, and just installed the third cartridge and it is working, how long is a guess.
