Hello Fatima, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping courier. We had a chance to review this order that was placed a year ago and your call to our support where you confirmed that you have provided your old address when placing the order, and you were going to get in touch with the shipping courier. As per our shipping policy, the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and checking it with the order confirmation email that is sent out after the order is placed.
