Avoid
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I recently purchased the Highland cow set, I paid £25 for 5 small squares of fabric and a bit of cotton! No instructions the advert stated material was precut ....it wasn't. Total waste of money, company not interested tried to offer me £2 back! I have emailed customer services on numerous occasions and no resolution order number 23021M376317 i have again emailed following their Trust Pilot response, this will now be my 7th email to customer services!!! Update: contacted by customer services who again, offered £4 refund on £25 box of rubbish they sent out! I've refused. Where all these bad reviews have customer services response, its lip service, they do nothing. Do not use this company!

Do not use this company item has not been received numerous emails excuse after excuse wanted refund got no chance this was suppose be a birthday present over a month has gone by stay clear of this company Just for clarification this is the invoice number 23021M374866 Not that it will get me anywhere Reply to your message I have emailed that many times I am exhausted dealing with you and guess what still no show had money and I had no item two months on and when I ask for refund you just ignore it do not have of this company I can't stress enough to people

Excellent communication kept up to date at every stage of the shipping. Customer service fast and efficient. Very pleased with the mask it is comfortable to use for a long period and does not move out of position.

It chaffed under the front of my Armpits
Whilst it straightened my posture, I couldn’t wear it for too long as it chaffed under the front of my armpits.
