Innovation RefundsReviews of innovationrefunds.com

So easy to work with and very patient with someone like me who didn't have all the paperwork together. Innovation Refunds assigned Itzel and Brandon to my case, and they got stuff done. I will get a nice size refund, so thank you, Innovation Refunds.

Joe Kail with innovations helped me get approved for ERC refund. I had no Idea that this was possible and after checking the resources they provided me prior to signing up was top notch. Really the whole process was really easy from the communication, to the portal links & uploading documents. They were set up like a hospital business model where everyone with there specialty would contact you for the next step all the way to the end when you are given the final documentation. I was impressed The follow up was very responsive via text & emails.

I recommend Innovation Refunds to anyone who qualifies. I have referred them to other friends who own businesses. I worked with Chris Ferguson, Milena Bertolini, and Natalie Hoogerwerf. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciate them pushing us to complete the process, because sometimes it can get stalled with all the changes needed. It will be nice to receive some form of payment staying open and keeping our employees during the pandemic, because it was very difficult for us to do.

They make no mention in their advertising that they have a minimum number of employees in your company before they work with you. If you have less than 4 employees, they take your information but then inform you they wont work with you. Stay away from them if you don't have at least 4 employees.

I had a lengthy time with my accountant, but they worked patiently with him to get them the required documents.

I have been working with Joe Klein and Trish Leto. They were professional, communicative, personable, fun, kind, and really seemed to care about our company and what would be the best for us. They made me feel as though my company is just as important to them as it is to me..... No matter the size. These 2 are awesome and I would highly recommend....(in fact I actually have recommended them to others!)

We were just recently notified of our amended docs being submitted to the IRS which happened much quicker than I was quoted by the team at Innovation Refunds (like almost a whole month quicker). That was amazing! So far the process has been extremely smooth and the communication has been amazing. Any questions I had were quickly answered - I feel they are fully invested in making their customers happy!

They made the filing and every step so easy, Natalie Hoogerwerf is our rep and does a great job of keeping us informed and up to date of the process.
