Like it Ok so far, Just wish it had a shorter handle that I could hang on my wheel chair arm rest without it rubbing on the tires an d let it hang straight instead of crooked.

The product came damaged which is not your fault. However, dealing with the staff at UPS for return and delivery has been nightmare and they are extremely rude. Still no new equipment. You need to look at another transportation carrier.

Have been using the Inogen G5 for almost a month and to date it has exceeded my expectations. I have traveled to high elevations with it, slept with it, flew with it - all with no problems in maintaining my blood oxygen level between 92-96%. The backpack is very functional when flying as it can accommodate all of the charging wiring and a spare battery and have room for some other personal items (e.g. - medications). Hope it holds up.

I feel very confident and safer knowing that it goes to a higher ltr and the battery lasts longer. The only thing I don't like is when you turn it on and off it beeps. I have the volume off but that won't stop it from beeping and when you turn the ltrs up and down it beeps. I have the bell off but it still beeps. It scares my shi zu. It sounds like a smoke detector to dogs. I don't like that at all.

The product provided me some freedom that I needed. I have recovered from my initial medical issue and do not need to use the product as much as previously. However, I am not getting any younger and I anticipate that I will need it sometime in the future. It gives me a good feeling that I have access to the product when I need it.

Wonderful machine, long life battery, cord to use in car or RV. Battery comes in if power goes out which it has here 3 times. Nice staff!!!

Your sales person Vincent did NOT respond well to my mother's request for information.
