Poor design. The tube is always crimping setting the alarm off. Much heavier than I thought.

The design needs to change. The tubing wants to crimp where it fits on the nozzle. The case adds weight. The whole thing needs to be mesh or nylon. The neck harness rides and hurts your neck and also need to be a lighter weight material. Because of heart problems I have a 8 lb weight limit and when I use the big battery, I am almost there. That means no purse or lifting or carrying things in the house or to the car. I love the breathing results. I left my house for the first time in over a year and could breath when I got to the doctor.

I am so glad to my machine its here when I need it. We are going on vacation in June so glad I have my Inogen to take with me
