The product is excellent and quite useful to say the least. The batteries charge very quickly and stay charged for a long time and the oxygen is always there and always ready no matter where I happen to be - home or away. While it is a very expensive item, it is more than useful and handy for those with COPD. I would certainly spend my funds again if I had to buy this item for a family member who needed it but could not afford the tab.

I love the freedom that it gives to my father in law who was once stuck at home cause he could pick up and carry the big tank in the vehicle, now he can go mobile. Thank innogen for making something like this.

I knew pictures of smiling, elderly people out for a casual stroll with their G-5's was an exaggeration (in contract law they call that "puffery"). However, in real life, the unit is fairly heavy, It takes a while to get used to carrying it on your shoulder. That being said, it works.

I love the weight of the machine but each battery only last 1:45-2:00 hrs. For the amount we paid, I thought they would last longer. Disappointed in that.

Inogen concentrator works well, however, it is extremely noisy. The portable unit works well, the batteries do not last as long as advertised. Definitely need to be close to an outlet within 2 hours. Not sure it's worth the cost.

My mom loves her new Inogen machine. It allows her to feel somewhat free again. The reason for the “Somewhat” is because the battery dies too quick and when it dies it sends her in an uproar and she starts to panic and wants to hurry to get home to her oxygen condenser. She is currently looking into getting a longer lasting battery but of course they are much more expensive so hopefully we can figure something out soon.

it is awesome as we don't have to lug it after 2 hrs of using
