it is a good machine

Overall experience in dealing with Inogen was great. They were very helpful in picking the correct unit for my father. Their customer service has been unsurpassed. My fathers mobility and health have greatly improved. Thank you Inogen for improving my dads quality of life. Money was well spent.

My G5 allows me to go places, including golf, without lugging around portable O2 tanks.

Good product but too many issues keep happening like for one the smell it emits is puzzling.

The product is quiet and efficient. I am frustrated by the long wait times, 18 minutes average to get a human response to calls for tech support Thia has happened several times.

I’m a service-connected disabled veteran, enrolled in the VA medical centers in Long Beach and Loma Linda California; however, I am being denied adequate and appropriate health care through the VA for my individual health care needs, such as this “suspicious mass” in my right lung, other health issues, because of this declaration of this Covid-19 pandemic..right now, I’m not even allowed on VA property, so for the sake of my personal survival, I have outsourced..
