excellent - no reservations

Before Inogen I needed assistance to go everywhere. Now I go everywhere on my own and have regained my sense of freedom and mobility; it doesn't get any better.

I have had problems with my G4 concentrator. It has never been right. Now it will not charge. I think there is a design flaw. My G3 concentrators work well.

My wife is the user of our unit. Since she is not computer qualified I will answer for her. We have had zero problems with our unit. It works as it was advertised to us. It is very easy to use. I don't know what else we can say. She is very happy with everything about it. Thank You. B C Leigher

I would not purchase another Inogen. I purchased it as I wanted a portable that wasn't as heavy as the brand I was using. I've had repeated problems with the cannula folding over and when I called about that I was told to tape a straw to the cannula to keep it from bending over. The battery (,brand new) lasted 1 hr on a 3 pulse. I've not called on this yet as when I called and asked why the battery ran down a bit when not in use I was assured it was something I had done wrong. I will stick with my to heavy but reliable Simply Go. At least I can rely on a few hours of having oxygen. Oh, and when I called about bv the battery only lasting an hour I was told cnn to bv add the second battery. Well then it weighs more than my old reliable.

Finally, a product that is as advertised! I didn't like the fanny pack; it was too large for vertically challenged me. The salesman was so friendly, yet efficient and professional - a joy to deal with. He provided all the information that I needed and walked me through the initial set-up. I love my Inogen. I echo the lady in the commercial - it is worth every penny.

This is my freedom machine, the large battery is great! At a setting of 4-5 the smaller batteries don't last long enough.

I have been able to travel on my own , with no problems. it is easy to carry and not a big deal to switch out the batteries if needed.
