I need an instruction book because I used my Inogen a lot & since moving have no way to remind myself of its care & precautions. I used to feel relaxed using it but now worry.

it is great to use when going to appointments shopping etc. however if it is to be used 24/7. not so great. mine overheated and quit. I did not have backup at time and ended up in er until I could get backup oxygen at home. I did call the company and they did replace the unit because the oxygen smelled burnt afterward.

My portable O2 has worked well now for about three years. Just recently though , my smallest battery pack is of no use anymore and at the upwards cost of well over $300 plus the shipping cost, I have decided to seek another replacement option. It worked well until it didn’t! It’s too bad that the battery is only warranted for the first year!

Inogen is a good unit. Would like a better way to handle the hose. It is in the way and hard to manage. I'd like to talk with someone about it. I need some information about the purchase of the unit. I have never received anything or heard from a representative since receiving the unit.

Your representative Jeff Hicks is the reason I have bought 2 oxygen concentrators from your company. The oxygen concentrators I have are great, a little more instruction for brand new users would be nice. The small Inogen shoulder bag for the G2 is pretty useless, the pad that is supposed to hold it on your shoulder is so slippery it won't stay on the shoulder. The back pack works for my daily back & forth to work bag after my modification of removing the waist strap. Your company should also look into comfort accessories like nasal moisture, inside the nose coating so the constant air from my big machine doesn't feel like the inside of my nose is burning.

I was told the batteries with the system I chose would give me 4 hours of coverage (each battery), but I only get around 3 hrs.45 minutes. I do need to say my senior sales person gave me an extra battery (now I have 3 batteries), but I did need to buy a special charger; to ensure I would always have over 7 hours of coverage. My sales person was the nicest, most competent sales rep I have ever had. He would always take the time to answer my question(s) or return my calls with the info he would find out from the engineers. Great representative for Inogen! The battery not being at 4 hours is probably the only reason I didn't give Inogen 5 stars. I have, and will continue to, recommend this system to anyone using/needing oxygen 24/7!
