I was amazed by ability to find a replacement part in Dublin Ireland! It cost a bloody fotune to get to the “Aire Luquide” place, but maybe it was worth it.

When I first started dealing with Inogen I felt like they could do no wrong. After I had a problem with my system I was ready to trash the whole thing. Now I am having problems again but I'm leary to call them.

When researching the Inogen you're given the misconception that it's a light weight constant source of oxygen. What they don't tell you is if you want to be out and about for more than 2 hrs., you need the larger battery, which weighs more. Also if you ever need your flow to be higher than 3 you'll need the larger unit, which weighs more. When its all said and done, it weighs about the same as a C tank of O2 which can last up to 8 hrs. on 3. I will say it is a bit less cumbersome.

My air runs out too fast. I need to buy another battery. What else would help?

From start to finish, my purchase went smoothly thanks to Anna, Inogen Rep. The Inogen Rep. was courteous, knowledgeable and when I was told my call would be returned (for whatever reason) the call was in fact returned as I was told with no waiting around. Extremely efficient staff. A well built product that gave me the freedom I so longed for. No more bulky tanks to lug around. It's the freedom of doing what you want, without the worries of carrying tanks, how much time left on the tank. You actually reclaim your life, thanks to Inogen.

My husband has used several portable concentrators over the past 10 years. While each one offered something new none offered the freedom that the Inogen does. He is more active and willing to go places than ever before. I highly recommend this product to anyone that requires oxygen and finds themselves staying home and missing special events. It's the best solution ever!
