Wonderful device, which allows me the flexibility to live an almost normal life.

This is a quality product that delivers non stop service. It is very portable and it goes with me everywhere. I recommend it to anyone who has a need for this type of equipment. My only criticism is that it is a bit heavy to carry around when the extended battery is connected but manageable . The gain is certainly worth the effort .

With the Inogen One, I have the freedom to work, travel over night without the concern of running out of oxygen and carrying tanks.

I have had excellent service and support from Inogen. All of my units are working and supporting me the way they should.

I am back to being myself again. I can do all the all the thing i was doing before i needed oxygen. I now go on trip out of the country. I am looking forward to go on a cruise next year for 10 days.

I have both the small (2.5 hr) and mid-size (6 hr) Inogen this last year and I only have raves for these accumulators. I frequently find only one serious fault. When taking these in the car if I take a different one from the last car trip I HAVE TO CHANGE THE POWER CORD I normally leave in the connected in the car and just plug-in into the accumulator. They both use the same power supply. WHY DO THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SIZE CONNECTORS?????? Could you provide a simple adapter connection for both??? I'd happily pay for a custom one.
