I debated on giving 3 stars
I debated on giving 3 stars, but if it weren't for Inogen I couldn't leave the house. It is very heavy to lug around, the filters only stay on if I tape them, and the case needs more pockets.

I absolutely adore my machine
I absolutely adore my machine. So much nicer carrying it around than one of the heavy tanks. There is no stop where I can go !!!
Response from Inogen· Nov 10, 2018
Dear Joylene, We thank you so much for your kind words. I wanted to reach out to you to see if you actually meant to leave us a 5-star review commensurate with your praise? The 1-star review just seems like it's probably a mistake given your comments about how much you love your Inogen One. If you can let us know if it is a mistake, we can probably get it changed quickly so that we can share you comments and help even more people live a life that they love.
