Your customer service needs some work. I have had a 4x8 sheet of plywood on my front window since August 25, 2023. Every time I call to check the status, all I get is we will call the manufacture and call you back. I have called you 4 times now, and I gave you a grace period of 8 weeks before I called you. I still have no answers, and I still have plywood as a window.
