Several attempts in calling before I could talk to someone in person. Once I got through it went fine.

The representatives were very professional and answered questions thoroughly. The follow-up from the EXAM 1 group did not happen in as timely a manner as stated. In fact, still no confirmation of the medical visit either via phone call or e-mail.

The handoff from frontline customer service to the registered agent was exceptionally poor - requiring me to have to repeat 100% of the information I had already provided online as well as over the phone to the customer service agent. Daniel handled this issue exceptionally well, however, and made up for the initial "ball drop". Had I only dealt with Daniel, I suspect five stars would have been in order.

Good experience. Only complaint is that they tried to get me to renew over a year in advance of expiration of current term policy, with an implication that it was expiring in a 2 months...when it was really a year and 2 months. They did not lie. So tough to blame for being ambitious. Prices are good.
