Everything seemed to work overall but when a contestant “won” a prize, the prize would only appear on their screen (Phone) for about a second or two and then go away. They would have to know upfront to “screenshot” what they won. To my knowledge they did not receive a certificate via email or text, therefore we had little participation in sales. We liked the flow, the artwork design, game speed, user friendly, and QR code worked great. We did notice people were able to scan and try multiple times which we thought was odd since the grand prize was a $50k prize option and would have been a very difficult conversation. Overall grade would be a B

Quick response. They Explained process and program well. I wish IPG had resources for the tabletop walls. We did figure it out on our own, but it is a missing part of the program.

They were very helpful and were able to accommodate all of our needs.

AMAZING!!!!! KARI, AMBER, TAYLOR, RUTH AND JONATHAN WERE ALL A DREAM. WHEN EVENT DAY CAME AROUND THERE WAS NOT ONE THING WE HAD TO DO. THE GOLF TOURNAMENT RAN SO SMOOTHLY. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE EVEN ABLE TO ENJOY OURSELVES AND MINGLE WITH ATTENDEES WITHOUT FEELING LIKE WE WERE WORKING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY EVENT!
