They basically helped us turn our customers into friends. Also, as a company clueless about marketing we learned so much from their books and their excellent blog. We were among their first customers and we're still with them.

Their recent "smart" search algorithm is complete crap, they have a stupid tendency of releasing new features without any notification and braking system on the way. Great tool for unreliable work

Intercom is a great tool! Their team is thorough and amicable with product support. Intercom gives our company the ability to quickly respond to inquiries, launch widespread announcements, and curate different user journeys. With Intercom, our customers feel heard and taken care of, giving us the ability to make real change based on their feedback and behavior.

One of my favorite technology platforms. The next Salesforce.com.

There were a few features that I was not very happy with. I didn't like that I couldn't add customers on the fly without importing, I didn't like alias email addresses being created because customers ended up just using those rather than the main support@ contact. I like the article feature. Ultimately Intercom was not the answer for us.
