This company is a scam. I ordered 2 custom football jerseys and never recieved them. I've even e-mailed them with no progress at all. I went to their local warehouse in my area, which shows up as their carrier, just to find a vacant warehouse. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Ordered a special shirt for my son's senior football night with multiple other moms. All but mine were delivered. According to shipment, the item has not moved" since 8/12/26 -- and was to be delivered 8/17/26." I've emailed the support email multiple times as directed on the email order, website, etc., and receive NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Very disappointed. Not only have I paid for a shirt that I have not received, I also was able to make his senior night memorable by being the only mom without the "fun shirt."

I ordered a Hawaiian shirt for my father and sent the customer service team an email requested an update as the tracking has not moved from "waiting for details" in nine days. This message was provided by the third party app, Shop, that this company uses for tracking. I struggle to see the legitimacy in this business and would cancel my order if I could, but I have found no other way other than to contact them via email... that they do not read. Interest Pod... I am "waiting for details"

I ordered a personalized Dog Doormat and it was absolutely SPOT ON with the 2 pictures of my Collies I provided. You can even see the blue and brown eye on my one Collie. Good quality mat and it only took 11 days to get to me. That’s really good for personalization purchases. This company carries great and timely communication skills and really try to accommodate EVERY customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
