Long delivery time and not as advertised.
It took 23 days from order to delivery. The item is considerably larger than specified on the site. It's supposed to be 3-5" in diameter, it is actually 9x10". It's supposed to weight 1.5lbs, it weighs a hefty 15lbs. On the plus side, it is well made and feels really good. It's just too unwieldy to use. The site also makes misleading claims about its Trust Pilot scores. The site says it is 4.8 when it's 3.3.

Hi Tony, Thank you again for sharing such detailed feedback as it really helps us improve. Regarding the Trustpilot score display that was part of an old and poorly implemented feature, and it has already been removed from our website. To clarify, most of our reviews are collected through Loox, which focuses on product‑specific feedback and photo reviews. Trustpilot is more service‑oriented, and while we do maintain a profile there, it doesn’t represent the majority of our customer feedback. Regarding the product, we understand your concern about the size and weight not matching the specifications listed. To help us investigate this further, could you please reach out to our support team and provide a clear photo of the item you received? This will allow us to verify the details and ensure corrective action is taken. We’re glad you found the product well‑made, but we know that doesn’t make up for the mismatch in expectations. Your input is valuable, and we’d love to hear from you: what could we do to improve your experience next time? your suggestions will guide us in making things better. Thank you
