Product was delivered on time and worked exactly as advertised and expected. Terrific solution for venting portable AC unit in a sunroom.

It was an excellent and smooth experience. The email support is efficient and on time. Few things to improve are- improve the phone customer support, as mostly they are unreachable on call. Also, the boxes of large order could be shipped together, instead of being scheduled so vast apart, spread over a 20 days or more timeline. Overall, good, efficient and budget friendly.

I bought the 6" magnetic exhaust cover for a portable AC unit, quality product well made, install wasn't bad,and being able to cover exhaust in a plus.
