Customer for 1-2 years , so far no complaints, they have a great collection of coins , so you get some cool coins every time , I do the 50 dollar silver and I’m satisfied with what I get , give them a try

Been a customer over a year. Shipments arrive on time each month. Love their flash sales but those sell out quick so you have to be on early. Prices are good and it's a convenient way to get your precious metals shipped automatically. Only issue I ever had was one time the gold I bought at the flash sale wasn't in my package. I searched the package just to make sure and emailed customer support. They responded very quickly and offered a refund or a reship the following month. I went with the reship and it arrived as they said. Never had another issue. For a smaller company, I think their customer service is great! Very responsive.

We are very satisfied with having the security provided by this physical currency. The company has always been prompt, courteous and professional; which all mean a lot to me personally having worked in customer service and seeing how these days not all businesses behave as they should! lol

They ship on time and I get what I asked for. They do not hound me to up my order or buy anything else. They only sugjest items when I contact them. I am not a big investor, but they still treat me like I spend thousand of dollars with the :) Goos company and competive prices

I am just about to reach the one year mark for my subscription plan. Couldn't be happier! They have a price-point for every level of investor, myself included! I have always wanted to have some precious metals to pass on to my kids - and this was the solution that made great sense. Added bonus that they are Vet operated... so my level of trust was elevated prior to signing up.

I’m very pleased with Investor Crate. I haven’t had any problems with my monthly Crate. It super easy one you are set. You really have to do nothing set back wait for you investment to arrive!
