Its been a while since i've placed an order so i decided to order in Oct. To receive the order took way longer than it did than previous orders and i think the formulation has changed. My normal dose of trimix did not work so i increased the subsequent does and they did not work. I would say i have mild ED and after dose of trimix i could not even get an erection.

I made the purchase through Groupon for the 3 month semaglutide and it’s been a week now and I’ve tried returning the consultation call I missed 4 times over a 4 day span and still haven’t received a call back so my prescription is on hold and no one to contact. Very frustrated!!

I’ve been ordering from invigor medical for my trimix because they offer premixed injections. But this time, they sent it mixed without any notice when I was expecting it premixed. I tried to communicate via email and text but didn’t get response back promptly. Finally, they said that I can freeze it. I wouldn’t have ordered 2 vials if I knew it comes as mixed.

There are a few issues. 1- communication. I emailed asking for a refill- no response. I called a week later to place the order and thought it was done. Sent credit card, did required online questionnaires, etc.. told them to delay delivery for 1 week due to travel. Order was never processed and then took multiple calls just to process the order weeks later. 2- Not being able to process with a precise window. I travel and need specific time frames. The 7-14 days is totally unacceptable for outside sales who travel, such as myself doing 100-150 flights/year

The issue I had was with the delivery of the item I purchased. It took a month to receive it. I would call for updates after I had waited 7-10 business days. I was told later the pharmacy that InVigor dealt with caused the big delay. The order was placed 9/5/23. I received it on 10/4/23. It took so long I called to cancel on 10/3/23. I received it the next day. InVigor had to know the reputation of the pharmacy. It was totally unnecessary to wait that length of time for my order.
