It never arrived.

Excellent customer service! High quality products.

The large Cherry Wood corbel is beautiful but the packing for shipping was less than adequate. There were multiple dings in the corners of the piece which, gratefully, we were able to reduce by applying moisture. In addition the piece required a good bit of sanding to smooth out the services in order for us to finish the piece with a clear-coat. GREAT PRICING FOR SURE, but we would suggest a more conscious effort to protect such gorgeous pieces for shipping in the future. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous as well!

I purchased these as Christmas gifts for my bosses. The packaging and box that housed the gifts was fine on the outside. However, when checking the product, the packaging that held the gifts was bent and torn - thus making the gift look used and possibly returned. Embarrassed to give these to my bosses.

I would definitely use this company again. When I called to place my order the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and when I told him I needed my order in two days he arranged expedited shipping at a very reasonable cost.

This is an excellent company to order through. Prices are good, shipping is fast. Thanks!
