Totally Worth It!!!!
I am absolutely in love with the 2 customized phone cases I purchased! It’s more beautiful than the picture, plus, I got it right when they told me I would! Exceeded all my expectations! Thank you!

Best customer service yet
My first order was the wrong size for my phone. I called the company and they made a new one with the correct size. The customer service was amazing! They care about each customer and their happiness

I was shipped the wrong design
I was shipped the wrong design. I ordered hummingbird and received butterflies. Also, the engraving Angela looks like it was first engraving a lower case “a” and then corrected it with an upper case “A” I would like to get the correct phone and engraving Thank you

We did offer you the correct case and to pay for the return shipping. We offer all our customers to engrave their name or initials free of charge on www.iProductsus.com. After speaking with you by email, I am glad that you decided to keep the original case you purchased. Of course, the offer to make you a new one and ship it to you is always on the table!
