The customer service was awesome, quick and efficient… Just don’t try ordering anything in bulk around the Chinese New Year. I would definitely use iPromo again in the future, just maybe in the spring?

This is the way an online company should be run. The staff is helpful, the service is fairly quick and there are no hidden cost. The only thing I would warn you about is the colors do not come through the way they appear on your computer. This is our second order and for some reason they always look better in the proof than the actual product. But if you want memory sticks this is the place to shop.

Quick service and nice product.

I have never had a problem with the customer service. I have always been treated great the last two batches we seem to have had complications on the 16GB drives not working as well as the 32GB but if they don't work I am guaranteed replacements. The only frustration I have had is that in trying to save money by using different size drives it seems that 32, 64 and Hard drives are the only one that don't give me trouble when I try to use them. Everything else is either slow or just doesn't work.

Our rep worked with us on a couple options to let us decide which one worked best for us. Once the order was confirmed, it was completed and shipped extremely quick.

I was referred to Andrew at iPromo by a colleague. He was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Very quick turnaround once the order was placed. I would definitely use them again.

It had been two years since I needed to order USB flash drives for our organization (Western Swim Boosters). Because iPromo purchased Memory Suppliers, it took a little more effort than normal, for them to retrieve my previous order information. However, once they achieved that, they were able to ship me an exact match to those drives we had left over from the two-year-old order.
