Great- I have been doing monthly research for Ipsos for a few years now and have never received points late. They were recomended to me by a friend who does the same research and we both think they are great. The research we do is the one where you have a VPN on your phone- that was easy to set up and we didn't really have to do much after that. Ontop of that I have done another 2 paid surveys, on zoom, and again both were great. Well organised, professional, and I was paid promptly.

Il panel sta crollando in termini di affidabilità. Ultimamente ho terminato almeno 4 sondaggi lunghi e i punti non mi sono mai stati accreditati, neanche dopo i miei tentativi di contatto con l'assistenza. L'ultimo, sondaggione sui distributori di benzina infinito da 700 (!) punti, correttamente portato a termine e... punti mai visti. A questo punto sono in debito di più di 1000 pt. Vorrei contattare qualcuno di Ipsos, posso fornire i codici dei sondaggi mai retribuiti.

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre 0 ! À fuir clairement. Refus de me valider une mission sous prétexte de ne pas avoir suivi le brief. Je relis tout, je surligne pour montrer que j'ai bien tout réalisé correctement mais non ils disent le contraire du brief. Ils font avancer des frais énormes, j'ai attendu trois semaines dans le doute sans infos pour récupérer mon argent. Une catastrophe qui se moque des gens.

Don't consider working as a secret shopper for Ipsos if you want to be communicated with and respected for your time and efforts. Whoever is responsible for running Ipsos ought to invite a secret shopper to look at Ipsos itself. The girl I spoke to to complain was receptive and understanding and said she will pass on my views but she isn't responsible for it's flaws and probably has no clout. Ipsos must lose committed hard-working shoppers who won't tolerate such poor treatment but perhaps those thick-skinned enough not to give a damn or sadly desperate for a little money and a meal keep going. Really badly managed. Shame as it could be simply fixed if they cared enough to fix it and had more respect for the shoppers.

Hallo, die Umfragenummern sind: DE-20210413-020 und DE-20210419-357 Es waren die live Befragungen über ein medizinisches Gerät. Bei der ersten Nummer habe ich die Befragung und die anschließende Teamslivekonferenz vollständig durchgeführt, dafür wurden insgesamt 5000 Punkte versprochen. Bei der zweiten Nummer habe ich die Befragung durchgeführt (dafür waren 3000 Punkte angegeben), die Teamvideokonferenz habe ich nicht mitgemacht. Insgesamt waren beide Umfragen identisch, seltsam nur, dass bei der ersten Befragung für Befragung und Videokonferenz insgesamt 5000 Punkte, bei dem zweiten Termin für genau die gleichen Inhalte dann insgesamt 8000 Punkte in Aussicht gestellt wurden. Warum ist das so? Und wann erhalte ich die versprochenen Punkte? Vielen Dank.

bonjour, cela fait depuis le 16 avril 2021, date à laquelle ipsos i say me gratifiait de 60 points pour fidélité, mais depuis, je n'arrive plus à accéder à aucune des invitations d'enquêtes qui tombent tous les jours; on me répond indubitablement que l'enquête n'est pas disponible pour le moment et on me renvoie indubitablement à la page principale, alors que jusqu'à l'attribution des 60 points fidélité, j'avais l'accès à toutes les enquêtes; j'ai essayé sur mon smartphone, même résultat; aucun accès aux enquête du moment; je n'arrive pas à comprendre le dysfonctionnement qui semble s'éterniser; merci au service client de m'apporter la solution à mon problème, mireille
