Ordered paid for next day delivery never got it 2 calls/emails later it was sent out 2 weeks after I ordered!!

The item I purchased was supposed to be shipped out Red Flag next day air and yet 1 week later it still has not been shipped. People don't answer the phone anymore and when they do the first thing they tell you is they will call you back, but never do. I have never dealt with a company that has this level of incompetence.

I paid for next day air before 10am and the product showed in stock ready to ship. When tracking product, it shows it will be delivered in 8 days. Can not get anyone to respond for a resolution.

Selected next day air shipping as it was critical to get the parts right away. They were sent USPS and show a delivery of Monday? So far no credit has been given for shipping?

As always, on time without any questions asked.
