I ordered this product 2 months ago and have never received it. Even forgot the name of the company until I saw this email. Yes I need a refund

The product was not as advertised. The product was cheaply constructed and much smaller than it appeared in the photo ad I saw when I ordered 2 of them. Also, the level of resistance provided by this device is insufficient for a user to create the necessary tension required to build strength in my wrist and forearms, from using it. I would not buy this device.

The product feels awkward in my hand and is not comfortable to use. It feels like it’s made from cheap plastic and is of poor quality. I would never buy this product again.

The product was not as advertised. It was clunky and uncomfortable to use. It did not fit in my hand well and felt like it was made cheaply. I was constantly having to reposition it in my hand in order to manipulate all of the buttons. I’d love a refund.

This is a poorly made piece of garbage. A child's toy has better build quality.

It is not what was expected; the idea is good, but the design needs to be modified and needs better spring resistance
