We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We always want our customers to love their hair, which is why each set includes a sample piece you can check before opening the full product. This helps ensure you're happy with the shade and quality before committing. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the main package is opened, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns—this is a standard policy across the industry to protect all customers. We understand this might be frustrating, especially when the product doesn’t meet expectations, and we’re genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this caused. If you have any further questions or need assistance, our team is always here to help if you contact us directly at [email protected]

I went to their website to purchase a ponytail. The platform to pay for it did not show my shipping address until after I confirmed the payment with my credit card. My shipping address was incorrect so Seconds later, I went to the company’s website and wrote them an email included my order number and told them they had the wrong address. The next morning I woke up and did not find an email from their company so I sent another email again letting them know what happened. They sent back an email stating they could not help me because the product was already shipped. The product was not already shippep the product was delayed and was not in the hands of the USPS. This is the only company where the shipping address has been incorrect and they were not able to change it and they did not care at all if I received the product. If you have any concerns with this company, good luck having someone actually help you. I will never use this company again because out almost $100.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Please know that we genuinely care about every customer's satisfaction and always aim to offer the best support we can. To clarify, during the checkout process, the shipping address is required and must be confirmed before moving to the payment stage. This step is important, as the available shipping options are based on the address entered. We’re sorry if this part of the process wasn’t clear or if something unexpected occurred during your order. Regarding changes to an address: once a tracking number has been generated and added to the order—especially with standard delivery through UPS Mail Innovations—we're unfortunately unable to make changes, as the package is already in the shipping queue and on its way to the carrier at that point. We understand how frustrating this policy can feel, especially when you're trying to fix a small error quickly. That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are always working to improve both our systems and communication. If there’s anything else we can do to support you from here, please don’t hesitate to reach out again to our customer service team at [email protected]

These extensions are great quality, but were slightly too long. After trimming them, they fit perfectly.

I had previously purchased the irresistible me invisible clip-in extensions in dark brown and was amazed at the quality & how they matched my hair perfectly, but I struggle with thin hair at my crown, & I couldn't fully blend/cover the clip-ins with what little hair I had on top. So I ordered & just received the matching hair topper. It completed the look & I'm so happy!!! I look like myself again after a years-long struggle with hair loss from a brain tumor. I am able to style my own bangs & the topper is seamless/undetectable, & blends with the extensions & my hair perfectly. The extensions & topper hold up to gentle washing, heat-styling with my curling iron on the low setting, & there's little to no shedding. I'm a complete newbie to this & on day 2, I got my hair fixed in all of 10 minutes. This hair has given me back my confidence & allowed me to see ME in the mirror again. I'm in love.
