The training is very helpful and effective for the learning of "Lean Six Sigma".

Great video series. Obtaining my white belt was easier than I thought it would be.

Excellent period of instruction! Greatly appreciate the ability to receive this training via distance learning. I heard of/learned some LSS fundamentals at a previous training seminar last year and finally decided to look more into it to obtain certification. Very helpful with educating on process improvement and how small changes can bring great impact. Thank you!

Quality Is referred to good products or services offered to the customers. Problem Lack proper guidances and clear understanding from management which is toxic, cause rejection among the team and production. Cause budget issues and customers trust Waste The problem with waste in my organization stint from little communication, poor inventory, lost documentation, more importantly customers not orders not being fulfilled in a timely manner. Muda In my organization, management, inability to make rational decisions cost the business major dollars due to them having unskilled personal conduct task above their skills set which the skilled workers are being mismanagement.

First I rate my experience as a 5. I recommend this training to all professional and non professionals to take these classes it helps with principal aspirations of the jobs function and production. Mr. Irtekaz explaining the details were useful and I can apply some of what I have learned in opening my own company.

I wanted to understand the basics of what gets covered in LSSWB and Adnan Rafique Ahmed, facilitator just happened to cover it who wants to know about what's Lean, Six Sigma and White Belt is all about. He covered each topic with some wonderful examples giving that clarity as to what's Six Sigma, DPMO, Process, Waste, TIMWOOD, Project Charter, Defect, Data types, SIPOC, DMAIC, Pareto Chart, Fish-Bone Diagram, Six Sigma trainings leading to Master Black Belt and Champion level. I liked the final advice that IT person must have PMP, ITIL and LSSGB certifications. His final advice for career development of doing at least one of management, technical and soft skill training once every year. Its a 5 star experience in just about two hours. I advice every one to go for LSSWB even if they are not involved in any Six Sigma or related project.
