I had a good experience with Island Surf. I was reluctant to purchase as I had not heard of this on line store before. My order was processed efficiently, and I received my order in good time and in excellent condition. WIll definitely use Island Surf again.

I couldn't be happier with island surf. They were very helpful and accommodating. I purchased the wrong size for my son and they had no problem directing me on how to return them. I went down a size and still they didn't fit (MY FAULT). And again, they were very helpful. Finally, found the right size but would go back to Island Surf again and again

the whole process was easy. We got our flip flops quicker than we thought. Loved it.

I am very pleased with this co. they shipped fast & FREE -I ordered the wrong size & I handled it by callng them-a real person answered the phone-they shipped me the right size again for free & I was able to ship the wrong ones back to them for FREE -due to the way they run their business. It was an item that is really hard to find and overpriced when u find it. They were at least $10 less than even the retail stores.
