Product and CBD Potency
Hello-I ordered your products for my wife based on some CBD coffee that was purchased from a local vendor. We could not find the vendor and decided to order on-line. The products arrived, but the energy product box was crushed and they were all over the box. The carton they were housed in seem to be very thin. Overall, we received the product as ordered.

Hi Jesse, Sorry to hear the box didn't hold up in transit. We'll take a look at the thickness of the box and take your feedback into consideration when the next packaging run takes place. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help make your experience with us a perfect one. I can be reached directly at [email protected]. Thank you for the support!

I don't know if it falls under your service, but when my box arrived it was dented. Luckily my k-pods didn't bust open. But overall service is great.
