Very good facility. Website will make reservations for spaces they cannot deliver. That's a real problem, as in come on over with a full truck to transfer into a space that you think you can use. BS. The manager(s) need to clear the still filled, expired spaces. Money lost for the company. Hook website to actual inventory, so that no false reservations are made. Also, unless you read the hidden fine print about the deals, they are tied to occupancy levels, and likely won't be available. The physical facility is very good. The "exit" gate was inoperable in the open state for about 3 days a week ago. Not good for security.

Please let me share with you the experience I had working with Richard at your Brandon site. He is remarkable, attentive and thorough. There were issues with the computer system and he just kept working at it and calling for help until he got it to work....all the while making sure that I was not put out by the time it took to get the job done. You have a great employee there. Hope to work with him for years to come.

Have two 10x15 units storing everything from a 3 bedroom home until I can move into new home.. Both are supposed to be climate controlled, I keep a thermometer and humidistat in them that tracks max and min temps etc.. and the temps have been near 100* recorded in them with high humidity. They have told me they will look into it but nothing has changed. I blame the AC system itself, poor design.. It feeds from the end of the building which has the thermostat in first unit.. Mine is about 25 units in towards the center so none of the air makes it there. HORRIBLE design. They offered to move me to a unit that is closer to the end if one should ever open up when I brought this up so it's obvious they know it's an issue.. However who's gonna pay for a moving crew to move two completely full units? I'm stuck here unfortunately until I can move into new home. I feel they should be giving me a discount for this, hopefully none of my items get ruined. Very disappointed.

We are moving to Gateway Florida and rented a 10x10 storage unit. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The facility is clean, new, has easy access and meets our needs.
