I love my first set of towels from Italic so placed an order for a few more. I realized right after I hit the "order" button that my new address hadn't updated. I tried to stop the transaction but it was too late. I immediately emailed customer service about the error. The rep was unable to change the shipping address but came up with a great solution and I am looking forward to my order. I really appreciate the generous and flexible approach to solving my issue. Beautiful quality towels with wonderful customer service! I will be purchasing from Italic again and recommending them to friends.
