Had a neon logo made, after just 7 months of use it’s stopped working, paid over £300. Tried to sort as has a 2 year warranty but been completely ghosted after numerous emails and texts. All well and good having a two year warranty which is one of the reasons I picked this company but it’s worthless as they just ignore you when a problem occurs.
