The worst customer care experience. I received my package and some of the products are open, I send an email and after 10 days nobody responds my email. Are good products but not good customer care service

Die Produkte sind super! Auch die Preise finde ich fair. Ich würde sofort wieder bestellen. Wenn ich nicht eine Retoure gehabt hätte. Kontakt per Whatsapp keine Antwort. Kontakt per Massanger, keine Antwort. Kontakt per Telefon, nett und hatte schnelle in Etikett bekommen. Umtausch? Keine Ahnung ist jetzt schon seit 2 Wochen weg geschickt, aber mein Geld bekomme ich nicht gut geschrieben. Am Service müsst ihr echt arbeiten.
