I found the seat to be too low and the seat seemed to turn around.i am 78 and I had a hard time getting off of it.i shouldn’t have bought it.unfortunately I cannot use it

I ordered the 3 In 1 Cordless Grass…
I ordered the 3 In 1 Cordless Grass Trimmer for my sister, but when I took it to her, she said it looked too dangerous & for me to send it back. I didn't want to, but I contacted Itoolmax, & explained the situation. They encouraged me to have her watch the video, but that they would be able to send me a return label if & when needed. Low & behold. She watched it & was amazed at all it did & how light weight it was. I am so glad she kept it. I have since ordered the 3 twisted wire attachment. She could probably mow her whole yard with this!. Such a GREAT company. Kind, courteous, & organized, not to mention excellent products!

Bought product haven't a clue where it is
Bought product, no idea when to be delivered, no response from customer service, even to ask for money back Still no tracking information, its now 8 days later Its Thursday now, no change in tracking status, I would never buy from this company again and their customer services does not exist
