I thought it was a free app but it was just a free trial. After using it in France to look up a couple of words, when I reviewed my visa statement after returning I was charged $40.00 for a yearly subscription automatically instead of a monthly after the free trial ran out. Their customer service blamed Apple and Apple blames them both saying it is out of their hands and can’t refund me. I can’t seem to even find a way to cancel it for Next year so I hope it doesn’t auto renew again. In hindsight I should have just googled the words or phrases.

Purchased app today unable to translate web pages online, only able to translate inserted text.

First of all, they had taken a subscription payment for the whole year instead of monthly, as signed for. Then, they ignored my emails questioning that. The worst of all, English to Italian translations and back were too poor to be useful at all (and pretty comical). We did have some good laugh listening to what they came up with, but, still, this is not what this application was/is supposed to be for. It was literally a waste of money. Such a shame.
