Great customer serviceI’m actually waiting my new size
Great customer service. I purchased one of the nightgowns. It did not fit. I emailed them and they immediately emailed me a return label. I’m actually waiting my new size

not what expected for price
design lovely - quality of shower cap less than expected and it falls down on my face my face - didn't like working with Amazon Pay

I’m so sorry to hear your shower cap was too loose Rose! Of course we will replace it. It should be a good fit, tight enough to keep water out but loose enough to be comfortable. Next time if you’d prefer not to use Amazon Pay you can select credit card or PayPal as an option at checkout. Thanks for your kind words about the design!

Jacaranda Living was wonderful to work with. I ordered the most beautiful guest towels, Jacaranda emailed me twice to make sure I had ordered exactly what I wanted. I would most certainly work with them again!

The nightgown is beautifully made and the material is soft on the skin. It took a bit long for the team to ship my order, but this was due to the holidays. once it was shipped it arrived quickly.
