there was an issue with the sizing. a 2X was actually a large. contacted them, they sent me a replacement. got it quickly, sizing was corrected. love my ( jimmy's 4 sixes ) jacket. thanks to jacket hub for fixing the issue quickly

Ordered a Manchester United hoodie for my husband and was very happy with it. Arrived in a timely manner. Only complaint is the hole for your head was pretty small in the hoodie lol.

Order 2 shirts. Shirt sizes of my original order were too small. Other than having to pay for shipping on re-order of a size larger, I had quick response from customer service. Of the shirts received—total of 4 shirts (2 original L & 2 re-order XL), the fabric varied in quality.

The customer service was excellent. Very responsive. The only reason why I gave the experience 4 out of 5 stars was because I really wanted to have my name used as the name tag for the item, being a fan of Ghostbusters, after all. Nevertheless, I am looking forward in doing business with the company in the future.

When I ordered my granddaughters hoodie, my account was charged twice. I called and had to show proof because it wasn't showing on their side. Once proof was submitted, they refunded within a couple days. Other than this, the hoodie is of good quality, comfortable, and my granddaughter loves it!!!

It came exactly as expected with the right fit to size.

I had a hard time tracking my package and since this was a present I would of liked better communication. The quality of the product was amazing
