Awful support!!!

Ordering was fine, but one of the products we ordered expires next month. It shouldn't be that fast. I have asked for and RMA or replacement and have not heard back yet.

Ordered 12/29, have not received item or even shipment confirmation as of 1/6.

Janel has what I need and at a fair price, the problem is that I have not received the merchandise nor a message about when I will receive it. It has been eight days since I placed the order so hopefully, I'll hear from them soon.

ordered tool kit on 7-7-18 it's now 7-24-18 and still waiting

I honestly thought this would only take 3 days to receive. When I called to inquire, the person I was talking to hung up ... not sure if that was done intentionally or not. In any case, what I thought would arrive within days took over 3 weeks to receive! Not a good experience.

I ordered one pair of flush tip cutters for work. I read reviews that stated fast shipping and I really needed these cutters, I was very disappointed when it took almost 2 weeks to get them and it cost $7.25 just for shipping! The cutters I ordered were only $14. That 50% more! But I really needed them quick. After about a week I e-mailed Janel and inquired when I would receive them, it was then they told me they didn't even have the product and they had to order it from their manufacturer. They could have told me that before I ordered! They wanted my order instead of just simply letting me know it was actually out of stock! I had to wait for their manufacturer to send them to them then wait for Janel to send them to me! I will most likely NOT be a repeat customer. The only positive part of ordering from Janel Tools was the quality of the cutters. They were exactly what I wanted and needed. Good, strong product.

Have not heard from them since I ordered on line... Do not know if it will be here or not... Guess I will be watching my credit card bill!!!!
