Order a engine for chrysler town and country. Engine arrived, put in vehicle. Throwing cam positioning code errors. Replaced the sensors and codes went away. While I was there I replaced the sparkplugs. Good thing I did. They were wore out. Supposed to .044 and was .065 to .080.

Since all our engines are OEM used parts, normal wear on sensors and spark plugs can sometimes occur. We appreciate your understanding and the time you took to share your experience!

I ordered a brake control valve body and the attached electronic brake control module. They said they had 2 in stock and the assembly would ship quickly. After 2 days with no tracking they said it would be another 2 or 3 business days. The next day they charged my credit card. After a week and a half more of promising it will ship shortly I figured this must be some scam setup. I was ready to reverse the credit card charges. I finally convinced them to cancel the order and they did do it. In the end, I found the part for half the cost at junkyard and it was in great shape. Jask seems very shady and will not give truthful answers. They only tell you what you want to hear until they can find what you want.

Occasionally, delays occur when verifying inventory or sourcing specific assemblies, and we understand how inconvenient that can be. We’re glad your order was canceled promptly and that you were able to find the part you needed elsewhere. Your comments help us improve our communication and service for future customers.
