I have had neck problems for years and this is truly not only helping me with strengthening my jaw but also realigning my neck. This is a whole new exercise that I am so happy to have found. I really love this product. If you also have upper back and neck pain I would try this first all with strengthening your jaw at the same time. Worth every penny.
