I live in France and it was a present for someone living in TUNISIA you should add the fee in that case, the person had to pay the custom to have his present, that's a little weird

Aloha, I am sorry that happened. Unfortunately each country is different and we are not aware of customs fees or how much they will be when customers order. I am sorry for that. We hope they are enjoying there gift and thank you for being apart of Jawzrsize. Mahalo

Seems to to work, though I guess I won't see any cosmetic effects for awhile. Lacking in directions. I got a custom one - and I don't understand how to mold or use it. I'd have given more stars for a little more direction. Update after 30 days: I started doing 10 minutes a day - as recommended with the slip of paper in the box - and that was hard. After thirty days, I've developed pain in my right mandible. I've since heard from the manufacturer that maybe I should have started slower. They also included more instruction. I wish I would have had this from the start. Perhaps it would have prevented this jaw pain if I had eased into it. I'm downgrading my rating- because now I have a problem I didn't have before.
