Initial Review - 'before'...
I bought this a few months ago but haven't started using it yet until today. The main reason was having to fit the custom piece (I was being a little lazy - it turned out to be a super quick and easy process). For right now I'm only giving 3 stars because I unfortunately had an absolutely horrendous experience with their customer service. Additionally, since I literally did my first sets tonight, I can't give any feedback on results yet. I will write another updated review after I've been using it for a while.
