From the initial contact with Rose to the final details with Denis, everything about our trip was beyond expectations. The caring follow-up by Denis when things may have not been perfect, was an unexpected bonus to feeling cared for on our trip. We enjoyed the activities, hotels had perfect locations and guides were first rate. Trip was great.

JayWay did an excellent job helping to plan and coordinate a 2-week trip to Croatia and Slovenia. They customized the itinerary to our desires and had wonderful staff to work with. All hotels and tours booked were top notch. Our trip was completely seamless and well coordinated. We felt well looked after during the entirety of our trip and would definitely use them for a future trip.

We were hesitant to go on a non-escorted trip or cruise, and had never heard of JayWay Travel. But the pre-trip and planning communication I had with tour 2 JayWay planners was clear as a bell and was tailored to exactly what we wanted to see and the style of travel we wanted. So we are very happy with their services. They helped us plan a complicated trip to Salzburg, Cesky Krumlov, Prague and Vienna. The hotels and restaurants they recommended were all excellent with absolutely no issues. There were many private transfers between cities, train station and airports as well as private walking tours. We had pre-printed vouchers for attractions and a train trip. All the drivers and guides all showed up exactly on time and were very professional, friendly and informative. The guides all spoke excellent English and were very well versed about the history, culture, etc of what we saw. We were always in good communication with our JayWay contact while on the trip; he helped us with questions and recommendations of what to do in our free time. He even came to our hotel and gave us flowers and wine, and was a very congenial person. He also helped me get a difficult problem solved with a European eSim card for my iPhone. We did have to think a bit about what to do and how we were going to get to various places within cities, and use Googlemaps app, which worked pretty well but not always. It was also nice that most everything was prepaid so we didn't have to fiddle with a lot of payments and wait in some lines. Doing a JayWay trip does involve some creativity and effort on one's part - it's not like a packaged tour where you don't have to think about anything. But the tradeoff is huge - we never could have seen exactly the places or spend enough time in them compared to a packaged tour or cruise, and would have missed exploring many interesting nooks and crannies and interesting local restaurants, nor did we need to go to places we didn't care about. Thanks to our JayWay contacts, this trip is one we will always remember dearly.

Our trip to Croatia and Montenegro could not have gone more smoothly or have been more fulfilling. Every detail was taken care of. My husband and I prefer to receive help with a private tour, as opposed to being in a group. JayWay provided all the assistance needed - every private transport and tour guide arrived at our hotel to the minute. Every guide was incredibly informative and a complete pleaure to spend time with. As a result, the private tours added tremendous depth to our experience. En route, we missed our connection through Frankfurt, and Martina was available via text to offer advice regarding the best next steps, so as to not lose any more time than necessary at the beginning of our trip. She graciously greeted us upon our arrival in Dubrovnik to provide information, as well as extremely thoughtful welcome gifts. Every tour guide, including Martina, was personable and friendly; each enhanced our time beyond simply seeing the sites. Martina thoughfully arranged for our hotel to prepare a box breakfast, since we had a very early departure and would be missing the hotel breakfast. Again, every detail was taken care of, and it was reassuring to know that Martina was always available, if needed. I would use JayWay again, without hesitation and highly recommend JayWay for planning your next trip.
