The checkout process was a bit confusing. If you don't want to use Pay pal you should be able to check out without going through ALL the extra steps to check out.

Shipping was too much. $20 for a piece of plastic that weighs less than 1 pound is pretty ridiculous

I called your website to ask about availability and the salesman quoted 2 in stock. I immediately placed order and it says backorder??? The customer Service is outstanding! They followed up immediately and I received the correct part within 2 days of ordering!!! I will definitely use JEM again!!!
