Jenni AIReviews of jenni.ai

Overall very happy with the site and its features. I had a problem with the annual plan, which changed without being notified. However, Kate was really quick to help me out and solve my problems, so a great costumer service experience as well.

I don't like it when subscriptions are renewed without prior notice. That doesn't give the customer a chance to cancel the subscription beforehand.

I had a very complicated problem concerning changes of email address, lost account and many other issues. Kate from Jenny AI support worked over a weekend to fix them, gave clear and detailed prompts what shall I do and - after a long enquiry resolved the problem! She was so patient, professional and friendly, that i was sure - all will be fixed in the best way. Many thanks, it was a great job!

I found Jenni AI difficult to use and not very user-friendly. When I realised it wasn’t the right fit for me, I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t get a refund. The experience left me frustrated and feeling that the service didn’t offer good value for my money. I’d like to see a simpler, more intuitive interface and clearer information about refunds before people sign up. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Jenni AI.

It was a very useful tool to write the introduction of my PhD

I’ve used Jenni to do the draft of my PhD, and helped a lot, specially on the suggested comments and listing the bibliography in all different ways. I struggle (at least on the first versions, it’s been a while i don use it), when I export it to word, as the text/figures and formulas didn’t match exactly. Running it to latex worked but needed a step in the middle

Ho avuto un problema sul sito rispetto alla disdetta dell'abbonamento, ho scritto una email all'assistenza e in pochissimo tempo hanno risolto subito la situazione.

charging me after cancelling for 3 months. still struggling to cancel. will never use of recommend to anyone
