The company need to change policy of when you subscribe for months and you didn't use the service by the time you are unable to pay their subscription all your accrued credits is gone. That is unfair

The rewrites are inadequate and I have to spend time to rewrite them myself. The responsiveness is poor

Jeff, I'm really sorry to hear that. I can see that you never paid for the service but did use the free trial, otherwise we would have issued you a refund right away. The last thing we want is someone unsatisfied with a product they paid for. We take your feedback serious and always strive to improve the system.

The resume and cover letter are excellent but the site is not user friendly at all.

Thanks for your feedback. While we also see that some roles show as "expired" on certain job boards, the majority of the time those jobs are still accepting applications but they are just no longer paying to sponsor the role on that job board. Given tight budgets, a job board will give a free listing but then take it down after a day and push the employer to pay for it to stay "active". This is why we give multiple ways to apply, including the direct careers page when possible and give company contacts to reach out to directly. I can understand your frustration, but I would also encourage you to still chase down the role if it seems like a great fit.

Tried your service once. You rewrote the résumé and pointed out gaps that needed filling. So far, so good. But I could find no way to edit the résumé to fill in those gaps. So I backed out, edited the résumé offline, then reapplied. Your new rewrite was the same as your original one, reflecting none of the corrections. You have no help functions. I emailed you for assistance. I'm still waiting for your reply.

Thank you for the feedback. I sent you a separate email with some more details explaining how our resume rewrite works. We unfortunately don't offer second rounds of resume rewrites but there are some ways to work around that if you wish, and we have some new features in the pipeline to assist with this.

I'd say half the jobs are not available or taking applicants anymore. Also the jobs I'm fed based on my profile are all over the place.
