Best retail Jerky I’ve ever had. Since Dale has invested in doubling your output don’t try to speed up the process. You’ll end up like that Sasquatch garbage.

Jerky had good flavor
Jerky had good flavor, but was super tough to chew. Ill probably stick with my Old Trapper which is much cheaper.
